I wanted to give you an update on our progress here in the BDC. In just a little over 60 days since your visit we have improved our appointment ratios by 126% and our closing ratios have doubled. Thanks for all your help, I look forward to working with you in the future.

Good afternoon. I wanted to give you a little update on our phone skills. The phone sheets work very well. Last month showed great improvement. This month has been very good. 94% phone numbers logged, 10 appts. 8 sold out of that 10. We are working on increasing the number of appts. 100% of our appts. showed! Last month was very good for the store and this month is shaping up to be as good or better than March. We have all reserved to the fact we MUST be better than the guy down the street every customer, every time. Thanks for your help with the phone training, as you can see from the number it has helped.
